The “Hebammenlandesverband Bremen” is the professional organisation for midwives in Bremen. Every woman has the right to help from midwives at birth and after birth.
On the homepage of the Hebammenlandesverband Bremen you will find a link to a directory with all midwives in Bremen. This can be found under “Search for Midwives” (German language). Here you can look for midwives in different parts of the city. There are also midwives with specialist fields of activity such as homebirths, births at your local surgery and birth support in the hospital.
